About Us

PREMISE FOR THE CLUB:
There are a number of local riders who would like to get together with other riders once in awhile. Most everyone is "busy", so our local club is not intended to be the focal point of anyone's social life.

CLUB GOAL:
To provide an occasional opportunity for area riders to get together for conversation and to ride with other BMW enthusiasts.

CLUB ACTIVITIES:
* We have monthly Breakfast/Meetings on the second Sunday of each month at 9am. We meet at the New Beginnings restaurant, 4735 Lake Michigan Dr., Standale, MI. They are ¼ mile west of Wilson Ave. Their phone number is 616-735-4902.

* We have three rides during the riding season, they are: a Spring ride in May, a Summer Ride in mid-late July and a Fall Ride in October. There are also some rides after some of the Breakfast/Meetings. Details for these rides are in the club newsletter as they become available.

* We have a Michigan Destinations theme tour that is a self-guided motorcycle tour to 5 or 6 predetermined destinations in Michigan, from April 15th to October 15th. This is strictly for club members with requirements of proof of visitation at the destinations to be eligible for any awards handed out at the November breakfast/meeting. Details are included with the March newsletter.

CLUB NEWSLETTER:
It is mailed or emailed monthly to the membership and a copy is posted on the newsboard at the BMW shop and on our website. It contains information about club activities, has a member want-ads and BMW dealer info/news.
